Terms And Conditions

By using the Prismatics Request Platform, submitting a request, or accessing the client dashboard, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as they apply to your use of services provided by Prismatics Digital Design.

The platform is used to collect project requests, support communication, manage approved client work, provide account access, and facilitate billing and purchase history. Submission of a request does not automatically create a contract, start work, or guarantee project acceptance.

Requests submitted through the website are reviewed manually. Work begins only after scope, pricing, and any required approvals are confirmed by both parties.

Any project timelines, deliverables, and revision allowances may depend on the service plan or written agreement associated with the client account.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, lawful content, timely approvals, required assets, and any permissions needed for text, images, branding, domain use, or other materials shared with us.

Payments, subscriptions, and certain billing functions may be processed through Stripe. Purchase history and billing-related details shown in the client dashboard are for account management purposes only.

A separate payment processing fee may be added to checkout totals to cover Stripe transaction costs. When used, that fee is disclosed before payment is completed so clients can see the base service price and the processing charge separately.

Domain registration and renewal purchases arranged through the platform are fulfilled through Vercel after successful payment. Managed Website Hosting, when offered, is a Prismatics Digital-managed service that may run on Vercel infrastructure rather than a direct Vercel customer account for the client.

Canceling a domain renewal in billing stops future renewal charges that Prismatics Digital would otherwise process through Stripe. It does not automatically delete the current paid registration before its active term ends unless a separate manual registrar action is confirmed.

Failure to complete payment or maintain required billing arrangements may affect project start dates, service availability, or continued access to certain support features.

Change requests submitted through the dashboard may be subject to plan limits, approval requirements, scheduling constraints, and revision allowances. Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate implementation.

If you receive dashboard access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend access if we believe an account is being misused or poses a security risk.

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, branding, and content. Rights to project deliverables, final assets, or site materials may depend on the specific agreement, invoice status, licensing terms, and third-party tool restrictions that apply to the work.

This platform may rely on third-party providers for hosting, domain registrar services, authentication, storage, billing, and related operations. We are not responsible for outages, service changes, or policies implemented by those independent providers.

When applicable, providers used in this workflow may include Stripe for billing, Firebase for platform services, and Vercel for hosting infrastructure or domain fulfillment.

We aim to keep the platform reliable and professional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every business purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, services are provided on an as-available basis.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted means the revised terms apply going forward.
